Hi! Welcome to Nikol's rooms to rent. We have five rooms available all year round. Mostly rented by students for we are located near University Laval's Campus. All are rooms are furnished. Included in the fare: Wireless internet, tv cable, phone, heating, electicity etc... Common spaces are: fully equiped kitchen, living room and bathroom. Access to the rooms from outside by independant entrance. We are in a quiet neighbourhood with parcs with a view on the seaway, tennis courts, public swimming pool, museum. Mission

Room prices vary depending on size and bedding (double or single). Two prices 260$ or 280$ per month. Weekly renting available in summer season at 100$ per week.
